Simple advice and yet deceptively subtle.
Look...if there are chocolate cookies in the house, or a Toblerone,
or little candies layin about..I WILL Eventually Eat Them.
When my blood sugar is a bit low..and I haven't eaten in a while (which I usually do), well..it's easy to just have "one"..well maybe "two"..then WHAM!
bLOOd sUGaR SPIke then I'm off to the races.
But you know what? If I didn't buy that stuff..I won't be able to eat it..and will
reach for a healthy treat like an apple and celery, or a smoothie with dates.
Simple.
That is all.
Now I have to go...my wrists are cramping up...TacFit Rope workout kicked my booty today.
